Hi, I’m Tiffany! I am the CEO and Owner of Prevail and Progress Counseling. I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) and a Master's Level Certified addiction professional (MCAP) specializing in individual, couples, and family therapy. I am also a Qualified Supervisor for Mental Health Counseling Interns in the state of Florida, an EMDR Certified (EMDR-C) Therapist and a Clinical Sexologist (PhD.) and Certified Sex Therapist (CST). I currently provide outpatient therapy teletherapy services within the state of Florida.
I earned my Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from Florida International University in 2009, my Master’s Degree in Mental Health Counseling from Nova Southeastern University in 2011, and my Doctoral Degree in Clinical Sexology from Modern Sex Therapy Institutes in 2024. I have worked in Residential Treatment Programs for Mental Health and Substance Use Disorders as well as in Detox Centers, Jail Intervention Programs, and Outpatient Therapy Treatment centers. I have been in the field since 2010.
As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, I treat adolescents, couples, and any individual struggling with addiction, anxiety, depression, domestic violence and abuse, LGBTQ+ related issues, low self-esteem, trauma, anger management, women's issues, sex addiction, trauma, and dysfunctions, codependency and relationship conflict, marital counseling, divorce counseling, emotional disturbances, and other life stressors. I use treatment modalities such as EMDR, Motivational Interviewing, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Solution-Focused and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy.
During the session, we will work together to rewrite the narratives read by your internal voice and reframe your thinking. I’ll assist you by giving you the tools and resources that are needed to strengthen your mindset daily, allowing you to increase your confidence in yourself and your abilities to take control of your life and make the best decisions possible for your overall health and well-being.

Bisi Gbadamosi, LMHC received her Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Palm Beach Atlantic University
She has experience in the field since 2016 working in Community Health Centers, Research Facilities, and Behavioral Therapy Centers.
Bisi is a Registered Mental Health Counselor Intern. Her clinical experience includes working with children, adolescents, and adults, with various conditions including depression, anxiety, racial trauma, and faith-related trauma, with a special focus on Women of Color and Christian Women.
She also has experience working as a consultant for a human trafficking organization in the Dominican Republic, as well as being a public speaker and mental health content creator.
Bisi uses the evidence-based practice of Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and a Person-Centered Approach to meet the diverse needs of her clients.

"Hi, I’m Amanda! I’m a Registered Mental Health Counseling Intern providing outpatient tele-therapy to individuals, couples, and families, in the state of Florida. I received my Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Lynn University. Since 2016, I've worked in community mental health, Employee Assistance Program, and a dual-diagnosis Inpatient Residential Treatment Program. Currently, I'm in an Intensive Outpatient and Outpatient setting. I also serve on the board of directors as the graduate student representative for the International Association for Trauma and Resiliency Counseling, a division of the American Counseling Association.
I work with a diverse population treating children, teens, and adults experiencing posttraumatic stress injury, friendship/couples/marital conflict, work and/or school stressors, women’s issues, anxiety, depression, bipolar, failure to launch, and identity/cultural concerns. I support individuals navigating personality disorders like borderline, narcissistic, dependent, and antisocial traits, as well as their families and loved ones. I utilize a range of evidence-based interventions including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Adlerian, Narrative, Somatic, Gottman Couples Therapy (Level 1), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, to ensure your therapeutic goals are achieved.

Gabriel (Gabe) completed a Master’s in Social Work degree with a Military Social Work certification at the University of Central Florida in Orlando, FL in 2016. Gabe also received his Bachelor in Spanish Literature at Dickinson College located in Carlisle, PA in 2008. Gabe is a Licensed Clinical Social Work Intern in the State of Florida. After his own diagnosis in March of 2014, Gabriel has dedicated his talents to the HIV field ever since. After the PULSE nightclub tragedy, Gabe extended more of his efforts to the LGBTQ community as a whole as he had been directly impacted by the tragedy.
As a result, he became the Director of Clinical Services at the LGBT Center in Orlando where he oversaw all testing and counseling services for The Center. He was offered the Sexual Wellness Coordinator position at the University of Central Florida’s Wellness and Health Promotion Services department where they provided free HIV testing and counseling as well as linkage services for the UCF student population. Gabe was also able to begin his own research efforts and was able to present his findings at the 2018 United States Conference on AIDS in Orlando, FL titled It Starts with You: Envisioning Sex Education for Gay Youth. As a result, he was invited to speak at the 2018 Biomedical HIV Prevention Conference that same year in Los Angeles, California as a sponsored professional.
Gabe moved to South Florida in August 2019 where he held the MSM Coordinator position at the Florida Department of Health in Broward County for a short period of time. He moved to Miami in February 2020 and assisted with the grand opening of a new HIV/STD testing clinic in Little Havana for Independent Medical Group, LLC. where they serve the disenfranchised community.
Gabe joins Prevail and Progress Counseling in hopes of becoming a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and continuing to serve the community he is so passionate about.
Thalissa Telleria, LMHC received her Master of Science in Counselor Education from Florida International University with a specialization in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. Currently, she is enrolled in Modern Sex Therapy Institutes, where she is completing her PhD in Clinical Sexology.
She has experience in the field since 2019 working in Community Health Centers and Non Profit Organizations. She is fluent in English and Spanish.
Thalissa is a Mental Health Counselor Registered Intern. Her clinical experience includes working with adolescents, adults, and couples with various psychiatric conditions including depression, anxiety, sexual issues, sexuality, and trauma, as well as immigration and adjustment issues faced by the Latinx community.
Thalissa has experience working as a PSR counselor at Fellowship House, where she conducted group sessions for people struggling with severe and persistent mental illnesses. She also worked as a therapist intern at Carrfour Supportive Housing providing counseling services to the homeless population. Thalissa has experience working as a Behavioral Health Counselor at Sanitas Medical Center, where she has been seeing clients presenting with anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and low self-esteem.
Thalissa uses the evidence-based practices of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Feminist Therapy, and Person-Centered Therapy to meet the diverse care needs of her clients.

Tyree Lewis, RMHCI received her Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health from Walden University with a specialization in Military Families and Culture.
She has experience in the field since 2018 working with the Department of Social Services and an Inpatient Treatment Center.
Tyree is a Mental Health Counselor, Registered Intern. Her clinical experience includes working with children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families with various psychiatric conditions including depression, anxiety, substance abuse, and trauma, as well as issues faced by minorities and underserved populations.
She also has experience working as a liaison between clients and case managers across various agencies including DCF, the Department of Juvenile Justice, The Advocate Program, the Jail Diversion Program and the Drug Court.
Tyree uses the evidence-based practices of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution Focused Therapy, Person-Centered and Motivational Interviewing (MI) to meet the diverse care needs of her clients.
