1. What services do we offer?

We offer a wide range of therapeutic services, including:

We provide support for adults, teens, couples, and families navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, sexual wellness concerns, addiction, emotional dysregulation, and major life transitions.



3. Do we offer telehealth?

Yes. We offer HIPAA-compliant teletherapy, allowing clients to receive support from the comfort and privacy of their home anywhere in Florida.

5. Do we offer self-pay options?

Yes. We offer self-pay rates for clients not using insurance. Superbills can be provided for potential out-of-network reimbursement.



6. What can clients expect during the first session?

During the initial session, we focus on getting to know our clients, exploring their concerns, discussing goals, and beginning to create a customized treatment plan. No preparation is required—clients are welcome to come as they are.



7. How long are our sessions?

Most sessions are 50–55 minutes. Some specialized treatments, such as EMDR, may vary depending on clinical needs.



8. How often do we meet with clients?

Most clients begin with weekly sessions. As progress develops, some transition to bi-weekly or monthly appointments. We tailor frequency to each client’s needs and therapeutic goals.



9. What treatment approaches do we use?

We utilize a variety of evidence-based and trauma-informed modalities, including:

Self-pay sessions typically range from $100–$150, depending on the clinician and service. Insurance copays and deductibles vary by plan.


12. Do we offer sliding-scale rates?

Some clinicians offer sliding-scale availability based on financial need. These openings are limited and vary per therapist.


13. How can clients schedule an appointment?

Clients can request an appointment by:

We assist with matching clients to the appropriate therapist.



14. Do we offer free consultations?

Yes. We offer free 15 minute consultations to help clients determine the best fit for their needs.



15. What is our cancellation policy?

We require 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations or missed appointments may result in a full session fee.



16. Are sessions confidential?

Yes. All client information is protected by HIPAA confidentiality standards. Exceptions occur only when:

  • There is risk of harm to self or others
     
  • Abuse of a minor, elder, or vulnerable adult is suspected
     
  • A court order requires disclosure
     

17. Do we provide documentation or letters?

We can provide documentation when clinically appropriate. Additional fees may apply depending on the type of request.
