At Prevail and Progress Counseling PLLC, we are committed to making quality mental health care accessible and transparent. Below is an outline of our accepted insurance plans, payment options, and fees for services. Please don’t hesitate to reach out with any questions.

Accepted Insurance Plans:

We accept a variety of insurance providers to ensure you receive the support you need. Below is a list of the insurance plans we currently accept:

- Blue Cross Blue Shield of Florida

- United Health Care

- Aetna

- Oscar

- Oxford

- Medicare

Out-of-Network:

If we are not in-network with your insurance provider, you may still be eligible for partial reimbursement. Many clients use their out-of-network benefits for our services. We can provide a superbill for you to submit directly to your insurance provider for reimbursement. Please check with your insurance provider for details on your out-of-network benefits.

Private Pay Rates:

For clients who prefer to pay privately or do not have insurance coverage, we offer the following rates:

- Initial Consultation (15 minutes):  Free

- Group Thearpy (60-90 minutes):  $40

- Individual Therapy Session (60 minutes):   $100

- Couples Therapy Session (60 minutes):  $150

- Family Therapy Session (60 minutes):  $150

If you are facing financial challenges, we offer a limited number of sliding scale slots. Please inquire during your initial consultation.

Payment Methods:

We accept the following forms of payment:

- Credit and Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express)

- Check

- Cash

Cancellations and Late Fees:

We require a 24-hour notice for all cancellations to avoid being charged the full session fee. This policy ensures we can offer your time slot to another client in need of care.

Financial Assistance:

We believe in accessible mental health care for all. If you’re concerned about costs, please contact us to discuss potential payment plans or financial assistance options.
